Mexican P-Bass

Video for the original song "Mexican P-Bass" by Elemental. This isn't so much a tribute to instruments from Mexico as it is a tribute to a specific instrument that happens to be from Mexico. This particular Fender Precision bass could have come from anywhere, Indonesia, Japan, the United States, it just happens to be from Mexico. The subject of the song here, and the bass used on the recording in the video, was the first guitar of any kind that I ever got and it is very special. While it may have some flaky electrics occasionally, it is still great. The video also features my friend Adam Butters' Fender Telecaster (which I call 'Kentucky-Wan Kenobi) and my brother's Fender Squire Stratocaster, which is the oldest electric guitar I have at the studio. Thanks to both of them for letting me keep them at Elemental Studios for a while.
