Dark!AU where Moriarty is Sherlock's split personality with a slightly Fight Club-esque scenario.
(Obviously the Moriarty trial wouldn't quite work out like this, but it's interesting to notice that most times when Sherlock and Jim meet face to face, there's no one else present.)
