Higher education and public administration: Russian and Mexican experiences during the COVID-19

The round table "Higher education and public administration: Russian and Mexican experience in the era of Covid-19" was held online on 25/11/2020/ It was organized by the International center of educational programs of NWIM RANEPA in partnership with Latam Eurasia Consulting Group. The welcoming speech was made by Director of the North-West Institute of Management RANEPA Vladimir Shamakhov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Mexican States to the Russian Federation Ms Norma Bertha Pensado Moreno, with the video made by the Member of the Government of St. Petersburg - Chairman of the Committee on External Relations Evgeny Grigoriev.
