This is Nozomi from Love Live, I've never see Love live so I didn't know, the person who won, her character was Nozomi apparently. So you could say this is a fanart of Nozomi as well? XD Raffle prize for the 1st winner to my raffle on fb ! Her character is so girly and cute, happy-go-lucky person ! I had fun drawing her and experimenting my coloring style ;D !
