Visible heartbeat on my left after exercise

A requested file here: my visible heartbeat as I recover from exercise while lying on my left. How does it sound? I’d love to read your comments, as always! My first attempt at this had a few audio issues (some crackling, static, and the like): my heartbeat’s still audible, but I wanted to get a clearer recording.
