The COP .357 is a 4-shot Derringer-type pistol chambered for the .357 Magnum cartridge, designed in 1983 by Robert Hillberg. It was manufactured by the now defunct American gun manufacturer COP ("Compact Off-Duty Police") from 1983 until 1990 and in 1990 for a short time by American Derringer. Each of the four chambers has its own dedicated firing pin. It uses an internal hammer and a rotating striker that hits one firing pin at a time.
