3D printer and CNC router

Additive and subtractive manufacturing in This is a 3D printer head attachment for a CNC router. It was a combined effort between and It runs under Mach3. As seen in the video, it allows for both machine functions simultaneously. The g-code for the 3D printing was generated using the slic3r program from The router code was just a simple routine generated manually.
