Empire Total War HUGE battle 30,000 men

A battle in Empire Total War with over 30,000 units! A few things: The game really isn't made to have this many units in the game, and it shows, the ai is awful with these units and path-finding is horrible. It seems like the engine can't handle all the units in melee either, as whenever they go at it their animation seems choppy and it gives off the illusion of a low frame-rate, keep in mind however than the fps is constantly locked at 60fps during these encounters (recorded at 30)
