Poole, Dorset. M/S of a frogman in fast moving boat, holding a hoop over water. He catches a man with it. Man jumps on board. L/S of a pretty bay. Voiceover informs that location is Poole in Dorset "not only a lovely seaside town, but centre of activities for the joint Services Amphibious Warfare M/S of frogmen on the boat. They are getting ready for their exercise - each man has 4 pounds of plastic explosive around their waist and they are to drop it into the sea. Voiceover says that frogmen units of the Special Boat section of Royal Marines, would be (in time of war) used for clearing beach obstacles in enemy occupied waters, things like steel girders or concrete blocks so they have to be prepared to be human torpedoes if needed.
