In two episodes, luge athlete Rupert Staudinger from Team GB and former luger and now bobsleigh coach Matthias Böhmer (GER) give exclusive insights and information about the new Olympic track at the Yanqing National Sliding Center in China. The ice track is the longest and most modern in the world. It will host the luge, bobsleigh and skeleton competitions during the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games.
In the first episode, the Olympic track and the structure on whose roof you can walk, the training facilities, the hotel where the athletes stay during the international training week and the Olympic test competitions are presented.
