I've been very busy training lately and haven't been able to update my progress. Still training hard everyday but a few weeks ago, I was kind of letting myself go by eating bad (like cupcakes, chocolates, bad carb like chinese friend rice everyday) as a result, I got a bit chubby and lost my abs lol even though I trained everyday. I've been getting back into it (eating healthy) and finally manage to get it under control. I've been getting a lot of helps from my AKA Muay Thai coaches (coach Derek and Kru Jasper) and my training mates. I feel very very grateful to be part of this wonderful community. I have ways to go with Muay Thai but I love that I keep improving everyday. Thanks to my amazing coaches mates. I know I am very lucky to be able to train like this.
