How to make a Darling Charming Dress [EVER AFTER HIGH]

C L I C K H E R E ! When Darling Charming came out, I was so excited to create so much for her! I love the fact that she is a rebel, and she wants to fight for herself. I feel like she has two sides to her. She has her Knight side and her princess side. I wanted to make her the Rococo inspired dress.
