Strange japanese man funny dance

Today, I went to street music festival, where i saw this old man. He was dancing to an irish song. I don't know what dance he is Ballet? Cheer? what made me laugh is his serious face xD anyway, this is my country; JAPAN :D I'm sorry for the bad quality, because i wanted to shoot this so as to see his face, but i couldn't lol
