Tiger Crane Double Form Boxing Without a doubt the most widely recognized form of the Hung Family Fist. This video gives the entire form with breakdowns. This version is slightly different from some of the more widely known versions in the West. Some of the details in the breakdown give some nice extra information on the interpretation of the movements contained in this quintessential Southern Boxing form. Originated by Wong Fei Hong this form was restructured by Li Si Rong. Without a doubt Hung Gar is one of the most popular and well loved systems of Kung Fu outside of China. Rather underrepresented in the mainland it is nonetheless and well known system from Singapore to San Francisco. An elegant and powerful Southern Fist it is famous for the Tiger/Crane set, its dynamic tension, low horse and "Bridge Hand" gesture. Read more about this great style.
