In this video I'm showing you how I recreated a 2D illustration in a 3D software (Blender). You'll learn how to make a procedural color banding effect using nodes, how to make procedural stars, waves and the reflection of the Sun. I used toon shader for the lighthouse. In the end of the video there're two bonus tips. The first one is about how to convert a real life footage of a bird to a colored silhouette, and the second one is about how to shade beveled corners correctly using material indexes in the bevel settings.
