making 160 year old historical mouldings

Previously in the house reno I hag ripped out the old plaster from the hallway wall, this wall has been bowing out and had been repeatedly plastered over to the point of being 2-3 inches thick in places! This plastering and movement in the wall had destroyed the coving along one side of the hallway. The arched window mouldings were long gone and I replaced the hallway arch with a steel lintel becasue it had a massive crack running up it.
