The mayoral carriage drives past, and he takes his hat off to the crowds. He gets out of the carriage and makes his way, with other dignitaries, to a platform, they all sit down. A fanfare is played and soldiers stand in the foreground. M/S as they all stand up to sing the National Anthem. M/S of people talking afterwards, the mayor gets back in the coach and they set off.
