Prep the entire lip with Prep + Prime Lip, including the rim of the mouth. 2. Give your lip a fuller shape by drawing along the edges with Pro Longwear Lip Pencil, then fill it all in. 3. Apply Vamplify Lipcolour to the centre of the mouth, starting with the Cupid’s bow.
