In areas where there are so many coyotes, every mission to find food can end where babies are left without someone to take care of them. Luckily, the students at the school noticed that the mom was not coming back and they reported that to the teacher who knew to call Hope For Paws for help! On day 1 I headed out with JoAnn Wiltz, but the kittens were too scared and confused about the disappearance of their mom and we couldn't get them. We asked the teacher to feed them every day for a few days so they will feel more comfortable to come out of their hiding spot and eat. Once the new routine was established, JoAnn headed out again, and with help from the teacher, she got all of them :-) If you would like to adopt Spider Monkey, Bonobo, tamarin or lemur, please contact our friends at Kitty Bungalow who are fostering them: Rescues like this are possible thanks to our supporters who donate and share our rescue videos.
