Geoffrey Arnold "Jeff" Beck (Wallington, Greater London, June 24, 1944) is an English rock / blues guitarist who has played in several influential bands in the decades of the 60s and 70s. Realiz {or multiple presentations in the USA and London being one of the fastest and versatile guitarists with his instrument. He is one of the three notable guitarists who played in The Yardbirds, Eric Clapton and Jimmy Page being the other two. For 25 years he has maintained a sporadic solo career. In spite of never having reached the commercial projection of his contemporaries, Beck has had a great recognition, especially in the community of guitarists.
