"Sexy" Chucky Doll Halloween Makeup Tutorial

BH Day & Night Palette: (now $13!) Last year, I did Bride of Chucky: I've been a HUGE fan of Chucky since I was really young -- probably 3 or 4 -- and I've been dying to do a Chucky look forever!
