DP/30: Rebecca Hall, Passing (2022)

She first broke through in America with Vicky Cristina Barcelona. But even then, she was thinking about directing. 25 movies as an actress later and she finally arrived with her debut as a writer/director. Passing has been haunting audiences thoughts since it landed at the New York Film Festival. And now, Rebecca has been nominated for Best First Time Director of 2021 by the Director’s Guild of America. Rebecca chatted with David Poland about the film and her career.
