15 Minutes BUBBLE BUTT home workout. Hi everyone, in this video I'm doing a butt workout. I like to do this workout before a leg workout. If u don't have a chair, bench, table or anything elevating to use, you can modify by just keeping your feet on the mat/floor and just do the workout not elevated. Only difference is it becomes a little easier with feet on floor but that’s okay. I would love to hear from you about this exercise. As said try combine this work out with my leg workout: yout
