Unused / unissued footage - dates and locations may be unclear / unknown. Germany. Various shots of the damage and destruction to flooded areas caused by the River Rhine breaking its banks. Men paddle along in a small boat. Some kind of wooden structure has been reduced to piles of debris on the river - could be dam or partly constructed dam that was swept away by the floods. Flooded roads and fields in rural area. Vehicles drive through the water. Locals wade along. General views of people travelling about on bicycles and in cars along the flooded roads.
