[flashing lights] Bad Apple in Northstar server browser

Bad Apple but it's being played back in Northstar server browser. This was done on an unmodified client. It works by simply connecting to a custom masterserver which sends a different server list depending on the frame of the video. All the client has to do is to constantly press `R` to reload the server list for the next frame. I suggest setting up a macro for this to avoid developing carpal tunnel syndrome in the process :P Source code: Northstar:
