Italy. "The wine harvest is a busy time in Tuscany, where every member of the family turns out to pick the juicy M/S of a group of grape pickers, framed in an oval mask. M/S of another family group at work on the vines. Various shots of the grape harvest in progress. C/U of a young girl holding a basket of grapes. "Several methods of crushing are used, some being very M/S and C/U of young boy using a large rounded stick to crush grapes in a wooden bucket. "Stamping out the juice provides a healthy exercise for one young M/S of a woman standing inside a grape press crushing grapes with her feet. Large wooden buckets are handed up to her and she pours their contents into the press. She then moves her legs very quickly, holding up a bunch of grapes to the camera and smiling. "But in the big fruit groves the grapes are picked and taken to the factory for L/S of men with baskets on their shoulders walking towards the camera between two rows of grape vines. M/
