It's Been a While.

So, it's been a while since I've uploaded a video. I've recently opened up a gym in Grand Junction, CO. The Move to Inspire Parkour Facility :) I've been extremely blessed with the opportunity to get it running and have been setting a ton of my focus on that. I've been able to train mainly only in the gym. This is the stuff I've been training lately. Enjoy :) -Vinnie
