Full title reads: "Portsmouth. We've got a Navy! Holidaymakers - in thousands - flock to see the Navy - your Navy - 'at home for a week' - to visitors in the great naval Portsmouth, Hampshire. A Royal Marine band parade in Portsmouth docks. They are followed by detachment of Marines and detachment of men dressed in old fashioned uniform. Visitors follow the parade. Pan along side of HMS Victory. Visitors walk up gangplank. A modern warship is berthed in the background. Shots of large torpedo boat in harbour.
