Japan's last remote frontier is East Hokkaido is where less than 0.1% of tourists will ever visit. It's between Kushiro and Nemuro north to Rausu and Shiretoko National Park. Basically zero international tourists come - but we did! So - what's out here? Wild animals, amazing scenery, onsen hot springs, sea and mountains, friendly people who have never seen foreign tourists before! Oh, and the food is amazing! With a Japanese RV Camper - the Robinson 106 - we set out for the great unknown.
