New ice hole bath at night for Brice ( IG @bricepoule ) and Joan (IG @joancruvellier ) . Water temp : 1°C ( the lowest for this season), air : - 7°C (plus wind ) . Brice stayed 8 min ( a personal record for so low water temp ), and Joan 10 min ( it was his coldest bath ever! ). Bravo! #coldexposure #icehole #icebath #coldendurance
