A classic benchmark test I've been putting athletes through for YEARS. It's 3 Minute AMRAP of Each Movement (in any order YOU choose) Burpee Push Ups Squats Strict Pull Ups (regress to Recline Rows) 400m Run You get a 1 minute REST in between all movements and before the 400m Run. There's 3 different scores. Score 1 - Total Reps for EACH movement individually. Score 2 - Total Reps COMBINED of all 4 movements Score 3 - 400m Run Time Give it a go and drop your results in the comments
