Various shots of Beatty standing in a sophisticated lounge room set. He tells topical jokes about London cabbies, golf, boxing (recent fights between boxers Ben Ford and Walter Noisel, and fights of Primo Carnera) and an anecdote about his sister confusing his young nephew with the gas meter reading man. Beatty finishes his act with: "to those of you who have hay fever next summer, I wish you an early frost". Note: Noisel's name taken from audio, no written record could be found.
