White House considers sanctions against Russia

On "Face the Nation," Secretary of State John Kerry told anchor Bob Schieffer that Russia has committed an "incredible act of aggression" and Kerry threatened economic sanctions. CBS News chief White House correspondent Major Garrett reports.
