This being a such a violent era, held little hope for the typic average citizen to make an honest living, unless your name was Vinnie Cannoli, the mob enforcer. Vinnie Cannoli is hired to find a guy by the name of Frankie for Mr. Belluccio(The Mob Boss) inside a ravaged city. The city police have their hands full with both the so-called drunken rioters and local gangsters, which can provide Vinnie the perfect opportunity to complete his job with little interference.
