Dena Amy Kaplan has been my friend for a really long time. I met her and some of her family members when I was living in New York and my husband Guy, was singing at a gig that she happened to come to. From the second I met her, I knew she was the real deal and would be a friend for life! Dena is best known for her role as Abigail on the ABC TV's hit show, Dance Academy, but Dena is a girl of many talents and recently turned her skills to the decks and has made a name for herself in the DJ world. Dena has a positive attitude to life and laughs off anyone who tries to throw negativity her way. She shares her challenge of suffering from anxiety and gives us some tools she uses to combat her hard days. She is an absolute ray of sunshine and super funny!
