This puppy was by children and then alive. After much searching, we found her wrapped in a dirty cloth and plastic bag. She didn't react, didn't move, just breathed with great difficulty. It was a lot of dirt in the eyes, ears, mouth, nose, genitals. Which indicated that she was buried still
