Song of songs (Once upon a time in America)

In this exquisite scene, young Deborah (Jennifer Connely) reads a passage of the Bible (Song of Songs) to young Noodles (Scott Tyler), and comments on his aspect to his embarassment, foreshadowing how their relationship will be. The faces of the young actors emanate sincerity, composing a beautiful scene which is also a key to understand their love.
