This is the opening FMV (and I think it's worthy of the term "FMV") from the indie MSX2 game "No Name" by KAI Magazine. "No Name" is an adults-only platformer inspired by a Japan-only game called "Rusty," which was itself basically a Castlevania game with a female protagonist in dominatrix gear.
