Low Flow: What is it? Low Flow in pole dance is when a dancer mostly dances on/around the lower part of the pole. Most tricks have contact with the floor and everything revolves around the base of the pole. Almost all of the tricks are also performed on static pole but can also incorporate spinning pole. And in regards to the flow: watch for yourself ☺️ But important is that you don't stop, keep moving and make everything look smooth. One movement goes over into the next movement and so on. I love to do freestyle. This way I can explore new movements and combinations that I've never done before and it then evolves from there. This way I can create new choreographies without limiting my mind and myself. I just let it happen and see what happens haha. P.S.: in this video you only see the flow that went well (and editing makes a huge difference!). All my trainings contain (lots of) fails and parts that didn't go well.
