A launch vehicle launched the Progress MS-15 spacecraft to resupply the International Space Station (ISS Progress 76 mission) on 23 July 2020 14:26:22 UTC (19:26 local time, 10:26 EDT) from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. Progress MS-15 delivers almost three tons of food, fuel and supplies, being scheduled to dock to the ISS approximately three hours after launch.
