A twelve-year-old boy in California is being praised for helping deputies save his mother. Sheriff's officials say the boy was pistol-whipped by 22-year-old angel Primitivo Garcia. After the man barged into his home and kidnapped his mother at gunpoint. Video shows the moment Garcia surrendered to officers and the woman was rescued by deputies unharmed.
