Goodbye Lucy; My hopeless dream.

Lucy was sold to Sweden to continue eventing and hopefully to compete at FEI level in the future, she went last night. ( i never owned her, just rode her) Well what can i say, this pony meant the absolute world to me. When i first met Lucy she was just an average pony but that didn't matter to me, i give every horse a chance and she is by far the most rewarding horse i have ever taken on. There was always something in her, she always had her ears pricked, she always wanted to do her job and she always wanted to learn. I have achieved more with this pony than i ever could have imagined, Competing up to Pony 2** Level in Eventing Ireland in 2010 and winning Best Pony 1* rider best mare overall at the eventers award ceremony. Our journey brought us very close, we had to work hard together as a team to get were we wanted to be and were we finally got to.
