Snake Catching (1939)

India. Two men, one white another Indian, walking through bushy terrain. They are looking for snakes. Several close up shots of them man catching two cobras. Various shots of the two men catching more snakes and putting them into wicker baskets. Several shots of Indian snake charmer opening a basket with two cobras in it. He has a mongoose tied to his foot with rope. He plays and the snakes rise from basket. He occasionally pokes them with his hand as if he is not too satisfied with their performance. Several panning shots of a group of Indians, mainly children. A man is lying in hospital bed. A nurse comes and gives him an injection - probably snake serum. Several close up shots of heads of Cobras while poison was removed from them. A hand holding cobra's head close to a glass with a cover on. Cobra bites the cover and drops of poison appear in glass.
