The iconic midnight blue ballgown that Princess Diana wore as she was twirled around by Hollywood actor John Travolta at the White House in 1985 is going up for auction.
The off-the-shoulder, velvet gown by Victor Edelstein became arguably one of Diana's most famous dresses and was known as the 'Travolta
It was the star attraction when Diana auctioned off scores of her outfits for charity in 1997, and went for more than £120,000 and when it went under the hammer again in 2013, it fetched £240,000.
