In this video I show how Mary Queen of Scots looked like in Real Life. Mary Stuart (1542-1587) was Queen of Scotland in her own right. Her father was King James V of Scotland and died when she was 6 days old. Her mother Mary of Guise became her regent until her death in 1560. Mary Stuart was brought up in France and returned to Scotland in 1560. Her cousin Queen Elizabeth I was already on the English throne. She hoped they would get along and be a power couple, however Mary soon acted tempestuously, resulting in poor marriages. These choices quickly escalated out of control and she became very unpopular. As a result, she was forced to abdicate for her son James VI, and fled to England. She tried to get help from her sister Queen, but that didn't go as I use my photoshop and technology skills in this video to provide you with my interpretation of how I think she might have looked in real life, using her many portraits.
