Лучше брать шампуры из виноградной лозы – такие ветки не горят, а мясо получается очень ароматным. Ингредиенты: 1,5 кг свинины (курицы, говядины или баранины), горчица, 2 Лукa, 5 помидоров, майонез, Соль + перец, Красное вино (по желанию ) Ingredients: 1,5 kg of pork (chicken, beef or lamb), Mustard, 2 Onions, 5 tomatoes, Mayonnaise, Salt + Pepper, Red wine (optional) Direction: Cut the meat into cubes that are roughly the same size. Cut onions into 3 pieces and tomatoes into 4 -5 slices. Add onions on top of the meat and then add tomatoes. Repeat the same process with meat and vegetables until its done.
