IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/25 minutes
potatoes - 400 g (14 oz)

TO BOIL 20 minutes
onion - 1 piece
mushrooms - 300 g (10.6 oz)
salt - 10 g oz)
black pepper - 5 g oz)
garlic - 10 g oz)

pita bread - 500 g oz)

OVER MEDIUM FIRE 3 minutes, on both sides
