Famous Graves - Annie Oakley Exhibit and Grave

This adventure takes us to Greenville, Ohio to visit the Garst Museum's most notable exhibit. Greenville is the birthplace of Phoebe Ann Moses, better known as Annie Oakley. Called Little Sure Shot by Sitting Bull, Annie maintained a ladylike demeanor. The most skilled marksman of her time, she was also a role model to countless young girls and women, whom she taught to shoot. We visit the Garst's extensive exhibit, the National Annie Oakley Center's vintage films and artifacts as well as those of author Lowell Thomas. Thomas is best know for publicizing T.E Lawrence, better known as Lawrence of Arabia. Finally, we'll pay our respects at the grave of Annie Oakley and her husband Frank Butler.
